Early Career Framework Facilitator Opportunities

One Cumbria Teaching School Hub is offering the Early Career Framework Full Induction Programme in partnership with Teach First.  The full Induction programme offers Early Career Teachers and their mentors access to a free programme of high-quality CPD and a personalised digital learning platform.

We are always seeking to increase our team of facilitators to deliver the ECF programme for teachers across the region.  The facilitator role has fantastic benefits of working with schools, teachers and leaders across a wide range of schools and locations. This is an excellent CPD opportunity for anyone wishing to broaden their experiences and to become involved in developing the teaching workforce across our region whilst still working in school.
