One Cumbria is committed to supporting the well-being of all professionals who we work in partnership with. This includes ITT, ECF, NPQ and wider development programmes. Promoting and supporting wellbeing is a priority as healthy workplaces help people to flourish and reach their potential. We encourage all professionals to be aware of their mental health and well-being and our ITT and ECF programmes help to equip early teachers to keep this high on their agenda. Within One Cumbria we have several trained mental health first aiders and as they work with programme members they can signpost for support as necessary. We encourage professionals to seek support from their setting.
