EARLY CAREER FRAMEWORK
As the half term break approaches a few facts and key dates and information for you to be aware of:
This September we have welcomed over 115 new ECTs to the One Cumbria Early Career Framework programme.
Year 1 Induction sessions have taken place and we are embarking on our first in person Year 1 seminars around the county.
Year 2 Autumn term seminars have also taken place in Penrith and Workington.
Our ECTs and mentors continue to work incredibly hard to improve outcomes for the pupils in our schools. It is a pleasure to work with each and every one of them.

The ECF programme after the October break:

Y2 induction sessions:
There will be a Y2 induction session on 13th December 2023, where we will explain how Y2 of the programme works. The mentor session will be in the morning and the ECT session in the afternoon. THIS WILL BE A VIRTUAL SESSION.
